Exchange Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation of Order

If your order has not been shipped, you can contact us at support@tachelmet.com to cancel the order. Upon cancellation, you will receive a refund within 1-3 business days.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, if you don't want to keep the package any longer, please sign for the package directly and contact our email address to return it. After receiving the returned package, we will process your refund within 1-3 business days. But if you change your mind, we believe it will not disappoint you.


About Exchange

If our products are damaged during shipping, we kindly request customers to provide photographic evidence. Additionally, we will replace the damaged item with an identical order for you.

In the event that you receive an item of a different type (color, size, etc.) than what you purchased on our website, we apologize for the inconvenience and will expedite the shipment of the correct order to you at no additional cost.
